At Zovirix Inversiones S.R.L. ("Zovirix", "we") we handle your personal data with the utmost care and in compliance with the Political Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, Law No. 164 on Telecommunications and any other applicable regulation on the protection of personal data in Bolivia.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the subscription form (name and email address), technical browsing data (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited) and data derived from the use of cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to: (i) send you information about new real estate crowdlending opportunities in Bolivia; (ii) respond to your enquiries; (iii) measure site performance and improve the experience; (iv) comply with legal and tax obligations and requirements of the Financial System Supervision Authority (ASFI).
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your express consent, on the performance of a pre-contractual relationship with you and on compliance with the legal obligations applicable to collective financing intermediation in Bolivia.
5. Retention
Data from the form is kept while your subscription is active and for up to 24 additional months to attend to enquiries or legal requirements. Technical records are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers operating under confidentiality agreements (transactional email providers, web analytics, cloud hosting) and with Bolivian authorities where legally required.
7. Your rights
You can access, rectify, update, delete or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacidad@zovirix.com. We will reply within a maximum of 15 business days.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (TLS encryption in transit, access controls, encrypted backups) to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version will always be published at zovirix.com with the last modification date. If the changes are substantial, we will notify you by email.
