These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website zovirix.com, owned by Zovirix Inversiones S.R.L., Tax ID 373829016, with registered office in La Paz, Bolivia. By using the site you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Purpose

The purpose of zovirix.com is to inform about the real estate crowdlending activity developed by Zovirix in Bolivia and to capture the interest of adults who wish to receive communications about upcoming opportunities. The site itself does not constitute a public offering of securities.

2. Eligibility

To subscribe to our communications you must be at least 18 years old and habitually reside in the Plurinational State of Bolivia or in another country in which the reception of this type of communication is permitted by applicable law.

3. Nature of the information

The information published on zovirix.com is for informational purposes. The referenced returns are projections based on historical data and do not constitute a promise or guarantee. Any subsequent investment decision will be made only on Zovirix's private platform, after acceptance of the specific documentation for each project.

4. Risks

Investing in real estate projects in Bolivia involves risks, including: construction delays, cost overruns, real estate market fluctuations, regulatory changes and the possible partial or total loss of the invested capital. It is the investor's responsibility to evaluate their risk tolerance before participating.

5. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, texts, photographs and designs on the site are the property of Zovirix Inversiones S.R.L. or its licensors, and are protected by Bolivian and international law on intellectual property.

6. Permitted use

You may visit the site, read the information published and subscribe to the newsletter. It is prohibited to: (i) copy or reproduce the content for commercial purposes without authorisation; (ii) interfere with the site's security; (iii) use the site for activities contrary to Bolivian law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the La Paz judicial district, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply.
